The update is terrible! Its either slow or non responsive.

This used to be a great break during the day. Now, it simply adds to my frustrations !

Very slow and sometimes does not even work. The colour and display are not as appealing. Huge disappointment!!!!!

I used to love playing Words with Friends, but no more. The new version is horrible, why was it changed? It freezes constantly and is so slow; hate it!

I love this game BUT: Some glitches have been improved however it still freezes often and letters stick taking away from the flow and the fun. Even with its flaws I play daily and its my favourite game but I dont know if I will continue as it is very frustrating. Dislike that customer "service" will not respond.

The game is fun and I always like it, but the previous version was such an improvement visually that I think I played better! So sorry to see that now we have gone back to the old design. Its OK, but now we have seen how much better it can be. Why the sudden step backwards?

Thank you for fixing the issues reported. New issue now is a game gets stuck and will not go away. Please fix. Thank you Issues from last update are frustrating and appears as though no testing was performed. 1. Takes too long to create new game 2. Takes too long to send scores 3. Freezes at least once per round. Thats consistent every time. 4. Chat messages take forever to load. Doesnt even qualify to be a chat. 5. If receiving chat message at end of the game, its nowhere to be found. Please revert back to an older version as it worked very well. At this moment this version is not work the frustration and aggravation.

I LOVE playing but game gets glitchy especially after completing the daily challenge series. It doesnt complete the transaction for the BIG prize so wont download tokens. I was offered better version but dont think it ever was installed. I love the challenge to my brain and I get better with time. Please fix the glitches.

Love it as much as Words only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the fact you have to use coins to play and after 2-3 games you usually run out and then you have to wait an hour for more coins to play, or you can buy coins? Um no chance. So if you want more people to get and love this game youll have to change that. Its the only downfall.

Used to be a good game but so riddled with crashes now and user-unfriendly features and promises of the old style to come back which never did, I finally gave up and deleted it. Playing RUZZLES now, much cleaner.

Fun app, great as a brain game, and the app works well.
