Points keep dropping

When I leave the game, the points drop to a previous score. Sometimes Ive lost up to 100 XP and lose a new level. I take screenshots now and have to contact tech support DAILY to report the issue and ask for points to be reinstated. I have jumped through all the hoops of restarting the game etc etc. Sometimes they restore the points and other times not! Im totally sick of this hassle. Ive asked for this issue to be escalated but no one contacts me. They say they are aware of the issue and ask for my patience. I wonder if other people dont notice their points dropping. Its a system flaw that probably incentivizes people to have to buy more tickets. Ugh.
