Ads....

Really love the game, but-
Ads have become totally insufferable, popping up after every screen change- especially the ones that are very loud, despite the fact that the games volume is set at OFF.
I would gladly pay for the ad-free version. Does anyone know how to do it? Zynga has not responded to several requests for that info.
