Love the game, not the glitches

Update 1/22/17: Well, Im sad to say Im dropping the rating again. Down to 2 stars because of problems with rewards and leveling up issues. I have now leveled up twice and not received my 6 Mega Inspire award. The first time i leveled up, it didnt give me my award and it dropped me back about 300 points. Today, I finally leveled up again and didnt receive the award again. Only this time it leveled me up so now I have to get 6380 points before Im eligible for the next award. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Please fix this!!

This is one of my favorite games, but I have a lot of the same glitches other wrote about. I have to close it and reopen it every time I play or nothing loads.
